ETTELAAT UNESCO has released a statement saying teaching is the most important job in the world. Iranian Minister of Education Hossein Mozaffar pointed out that UNESCO has decided to set October 5th of each year as "World Teachers' Day" and the decision has been approved by 100 countries in the 44th session of education ministers in Geneva.

The ministers unanimously agreed that the promotion of education of 1.2 billion pupils in the world depends on the improvement of the situation of 57 million teachers.
